That routine is having my morning green drink
If you want to maintain a healthy body, you need to take care of your body; it’s the only one you have.
You must have a healthy diet, followed by an active lifestyle.
There are a wide variety of growing health issues that are as bad if not worse than the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Proper nutrition, exercise, and regular visits the the doctor will help you avoid them.
A healthy breakfast offers many benefits, but with so many option out there, what can you eat?
Let’s start with breaking down the word breakfast.
If you split the two words up it is break and fast. In other words breaking your fast from sleeping
The best thing to do when breaking your fast is to hydrate.
One great way I hydrate first thing in the morning is with a green drink, but what are the benefits of a green drink?
Here are some benefits of having a green drink first thing in the morning:

Although it is a difficult task for some people, the consequences are far graver if you don’t take care of your body.
Here is my green drink recipe that gets me going first thing in the morning.
- 1 bottle of cold water
- 1 packet of The Republic of Tea Daily Greens Single Sips
- 2 tablespoons of Metamucil
